The Independent Publisher Network (IPN) Conference and Awards is an event that has always been focused on delivering insights and opportunities for collaboration within the UK’s independent publishing community. And 2020 is no different.

In the interests of protecting the health of our members and partners and offering clarity on what we will be able to deliver with confidence, we’ve taken the decision to move the entire experience online. Historically a morning conference followed by an awards ceremony in the afternoon, we have completely reimagined the format to ensure that we can deliver you robust value and even more engagement opportunities.

Sponsorship of the Independent Publisher Conference and Awards offers the opportunity to:

An opportunity to deep dive into a topic relevant to your business and build deep engagement with your delegates.

  • 1 hour 15 min long
  • 2 x representatives from your business or a publishing client
  • A co-moderator, selected and briefed by the PPA. They can do the heavy lifting of facilitation while you focus on the conversations. 
  • 6 x publishers
  • PPA will work with you to pre-agree an agenda. Format can include a 5 min presentation at the beginning, and a polling function to gather insights. 
  • PPA will send you a list of attendees to your round table one week in advance (subject to change)
  • Your logo on screen for the duration

This option is available as an upgrade to the Conference Brand Engagement Package. Hosted just before or after one of our keynote sessions, this is your chance to showcase your brand and technology solutions through a swift demo presentation. Pre-recorded for ease.

This option is available as an upgrade to the Conference Brand Engagement Package. We will be running various polls throughout the day. This is your chance to be a guest host of one of these polls, selecting some polling questions that give you the insights you need on a macro level.

This option is available as an upgrade to the Conference Brand Engagement Package. This is your opportunity to identify what key insights you’d like from our key audience, to identify your hottest leads.
– 2 weeks before the event, the PPA will survey all delegates
– You can include a question or questions in this survey. PPA will collect the data and provide you with a list of delegate responses 1 week ahead of the event.
– Where possible, we will encourage 121 meetings with your best leads ahead of the event. You will also be able to find these delegates on the day via the participants list on the platform.
